01
The discovery call.
One hour. You talk, we listen. You do not need to arrive with a specification, a budget, or the right words. Most people arrive with a feeling that something is wrong and no clean way to say what.
We ask about the parts of the week that feel heaviest, the things that keep slipping, the money you suspect is leaking but cannot point at. By the end of the hour, the mess has a shape.
One hour, free, no pitch
02
We go away and think.
This part happens without you, and it is where most of the value is made. We go over the call three times, looking for three different things.
What you said. The problems you named out loud, in your own words.
What you did not say. The things you worked around so long ago that you stopped noticing them. These are usually the expensive ones.
What could be built. Every option, including the ones you did not know existed and the ones we will end up recommending against.
Nothing required from you
03
The solutions call.
One hour. We come back with what we heard, what we did not hear, and what is actually possible. Usually more than you thought.
You get options, not a single recommendation to accept or reject. Each one with what it does, what it takes, and what it would cost. You pick everything, one thing, or nothing, and nothing is the wrong answer only if it is the wrong answer for you.
One hour, free
04
The quote.
Whatever you choose gets scoped into a fixed number of build hours and priced before a single hour is worked. You approve it or you do not. Nothing gets built on a maybe.
If it takes us longer than we estimated, that is our problem and not your invoice. The number you approve is the number you pay.
Approved before anything starts
05
The build.
Everything is built inside your own account. Your name on it, your card behind it, your property from the first keystroke. We never build on our infrastructure and hand you a key we can take back.
This is the part of the arrangement most people do not check until it is too late. Check it here.
Your account, your name
06
Training.
One hour when the build ships, covered by your retainer rather than billed on top. You leave it able to run the thing yourself: what it does, where to look when you are curious, and what to change when your business changes.
A system you cannot operate is a system you are renting from whoever built it.
One hour, included
07
Every month after that.
The cycle repeats for as long as you want it to. A discovery call and a solutions call every month, because your business keeps changing and so should what is carrying it.
New builds are quoted separately, the same way, every time. Nothing renews itself into a bill you did not expect, and you can stop at the end of any month.
Repeats for as long as you want
