PitchBlack Coaching
One call, every week, same time. Here is the whole of it, minute by minute.
Last week's commitment, read back word for word. Done, not done, or partial. Always first, before anything you came in wanting to talk about.
What actually happened, underneath what you say happened. If you didn't do it, that becomes the session.
From the situation you brought to the decision sitting inside it. Most of the half hour lives here, because this is the part you've been doing alone.
What that decision actually costs. Hours, sequence, dependencies, money, who does it — and where those numbers are solid versus estimated.
One action. Never three. In your words, shaped until it can be checked. Then the clock stops.
Not sure this is the right thing for you? That's the entire job of the discovery call. One hour, free, and the only thing decided on it is what your problem actually needs — coaching, something we build for you, or neither. If it's neither, we say so on the call.

Try the mechanism
Right now it sounds like this
A commitment looks like this
Four blanks. That gap — between a thing you've said and a thing that can be checked — is where the months go.
Filling them in out loud, with someone who won't let you leave one empty, is the thirty minutes. Then next week opens by reading it back to you.
Nothing you typed goes anywhere. There's no form behind this box.
What we normally do
Everywhere else at PitchBlack, a conversation about your problem ends with us building the answer to it.
Not this one.
We take the problem apart with exactly the same eyes — hours, sequence, dependencies, cost, who does what. Then we hand you the spec instead of the deliverable, because the thing that needs building here is your own judgment, and that's the one system nobody can install on your behalf.
The refusal is the product.
Not a plan, not a list, not a good conversation you feel better after. One action — and then the next session opens with it. Read back, word for word, whether or not the week was hard. That single loop is the whole difference.
Money, hiring, a partner, a product, the shape of your week, something with nothing to do with the business at all. If it's a decision you've been circling, it qualifies.
It isn't therapy and it isn't life coaching. We aren't trained for either and won't drift into pretending otherwise — if what you're carrying needs one of those, we'll say so.
Built to work against us
Miss it twice and it doesn't get quietly rolled forward again. It goes on the table live: does this actually matter enough to keep, or does it die honestly right now?
Out loud, in the session, with the number in front of both of us. Anti-dependency either has teeth or it's decoration on a sales page.
We say what it is, that PitchBlack builds that, roughly what it costs — then go back to the session. Never pitched in the room, and the coaching fee is never credited against a build. Credit is just a longer leash.
How you'll know
At the start you choose five countable things that matter to you. Not our metrics — yours. They get written down, and re-measured every quarter, out loud.
We're not promising coaching moves them. We're promising you'll know either way.
The point of it
There's a point where you start arriving having already made the cut yourself. When that happens three weeks running, we say so — and we start talking about the end rather than the next month.
Every week you get a short written note: what you decided, what you committed to, what's still open. It's yours from session one. Leave in month two or month twenty and you keep all of it. Nothing is ever held hostage.
What you're actually signing up for
No commitment to check yet, so we start with what you're actually here for — said back to you, and corrected by you. You pick your five numbers. You still leave with one action.
The first Check. This is the week most people find out how they really operate, because it's the first time anyone has read their own words back to them.
With two sessions of evidence behind it, the cut gets sharper and faster. By here you'll know whether this works on you — and you're free to stop.
One number
That's the whole number. Coaching stands on its own — no retainer underneath it, no platform fee, nothing you have to let us build.
A standing slot, same time each week, on video. Hard cap at thirty.
No term, no minimum, no notice period. Stop the month it stops being worth it.
Not tied to any build, retainer or platform. If you never buy anything else, that's fine.
Every note, every commitment, from session one onward. Yours on the way out.
We take a small number of these at a time — they're all standing weekly slots, and there are only so many.
A year from now, the decision you named at the top of this page is either made or it isn't.
We turn the lights on.
Take a weekly slot below. $200 a month, month to month — stop whenever, and keep everything.
