Your monthly retainer includes one non-accumulating hour for adjustments and refinements. If a change takes 8 minutes, 8 minutes comes off that hour. Unused time does not carry to next month.

The structure is simple. One monthly retainer covers the partnership - the monthly reviews, the training, the adjustments. Custom builds are quoted in fixed hours, and you approve every quote before a single hour is worked. The number never moves after you say yes.
